Extensions for Epicor Eclipse

Applications built for Eclipse distributors.

emp54 is a suite of applications that extend Epicor Eclipse — third-party shipping, MRO procurement, and product data preparation. Everything runs on the published APIs, with no modification to your Eclipse system.

Private beta. We contact distributors in the order they sign up.

Shipping

Third-party shipping through Shippo. See the orders that need a third-party carrier like FedEx or UPS — or just scan the pick ticket, add dimensions, rate-shop, print the label, and update the Eclipse order print status.

Procurement

Requisition, approval, and purchasing for branch non-inventory supplies. Tie each product to the expense account it belongs to, create a matching PO if you want, and send an email “PO” to your internal buyer or the vendor. A configurable catalog helps branch employees see their options and buy the right thing.

prep54 · PDW Prep Tools

Map, clean, and validate product data before it reaches the Product Data Warehouse, so a load passes on the first attempt instead of the fourth. No more title-case fixes, stray commas, 12-digit UPCs, or title rows buried in the middle of the data.

Custom applications

Purpose-built Eclipse applications on the same API foundation — built to your process and delivered as their own application, so your Eclipse install stays stock. Our infrastructure already handles Eclipse authentication: users sign in with their Eclipse email and password, and we honor their roles, home branch, and authorized branches.

On the API. Not in your system.

01

No modifications

Nothing is changed inside Eclipse. Every application reads and writes through the published APIs.

02

Your upgrades stay clean

No custom code to re-test at upgrade time, and no support conversation about who touched what.

03

Built by distribution people

Each application starts from a job a branch already does by hand in Eclipse today.
